Job description
Clear Destination Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide direct primary medical care to PACE participants within the IDT, supervising NPs, RNs and Medical Assistants.
MD or DO with Kentucky license required; geriatrics fellowship preferred; minimum two years clinical experience with frail/elderly populations; strong communication skills; willingness to travel across the PACE service area.
