Job description
Providence PACE in Portland, OR seeks a full-time Physician to join a seven-center geriatric program delivering comprehensive, whole-person care across outpatient clinics and community-based settings. Work spans collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, floating across centers, and providing care in homes, assisted living, and affiliated facilities.
A continuity panel option may be available for up to six months.
