Job description
Senior TLC is seeking a Primary Care Provider, Physician to deliver direct and indirect care to chronically ill, geriatric participants in a PACE model. You will work in clinic, home, or community settings across multiple facilities.
The role requires an MD with internal medicine or family practice specialty, NC license, and a track record in geriatric care; travel to seven facilities is expected to support operations and team engagement.
