Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in the United States to deliver equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations. You will work in a neighborhood clinic with a large care team to focus on outcomes, preventive medicine, and patient experience.

This full-time role requires MD or DO credentials, board eligibility or certification in Internal or Family Medicine, and active medical licensure plus DEA.
