Supportive Care is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our team serving geriatric residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities around Rochester, New York. You will provide psychotherapy sessions and medication management in a collaborative clinical setting.
