Job description
Curana Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality mental health care across SNF, LTC, AL, and IL communities. You will work with a collaborative care team to deliver personalized psychiatric services and ensure continuity of care across post-acute and long-term care settings.
Full-time role with a $10k sign-on bonus; travel to assigned facilities is required.
