Job description
Curana Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and provide high-quality mental health services across SNF, LTC, AL, and IL communities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver personalized psychiatric services and ensure continuity of care.
As a PMHNP, you will conduct patient rounds, evaluate mental health needs, and develop effective treatment plans while traveling to assigned facilities.
