Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife seeks a Geriatric Psychiatry nurse practitioner to provide psychiatric consultation and ongoing treatment for long-term chronic care, post-acute, and assisted living settings. The role may include teaching opportunities and collaboration with primary care teams.
You will diagnose and treat adult and geriatric patients using evidence-based approaches, educate patients and staff, and participate in on-call coverage and quality improvement activities.
