Job description
Supportive Care is seeking a Provider 1 1/2-2 days/week for a nursing home in Rome, NY. The role offers a flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with part-time or full-time opportunities depending on location.
Responsibilities include psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy for residents, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing social support therapy weekly. Licensure in psychology, social work, or counseling is required.
