Job description
Curana Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide individualized therapy and counseling to seniors in long-term care communities. You’ll assess residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams to deliver holistic, person-centered support that preserves dignity and quality of life.
Travel to multiple facilities is required; licensure as Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.), LCSW/LISW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT is expected, with strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills
