Job description
Auburn, CA—AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility with a geriatric and post-acute population. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and guide recovery toward greater independence and quality of life.
You will collaborate with staff, supervise PTAs, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers. This role offers meaningful impact, ongoing CE reimbursements, and a supportive team environment.
