Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant Floater to provide patient-centered rehab services to seniors across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The PTA Floater will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, and accurate documentation. This role supports multiple facilities, requiring adaptability, strong communication, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
