Job description
The Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. You will assess referred patients, develop and manage treatment plans, set goals, document progress, and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
You will supervise OT Assistants and collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care. Weekday and weekend shifts are required, with equal opportunity employment.
