Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will assess referred patients, develop and administer treatment plans, and set realistic goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
The role includes documenting patient progress, educating patients and families on therapy methods, and supervising OT Assistants while collaborating with other disciplines to provide the best possible care.
