Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing rehabilitation team in Roseland, NJ. The OT will assess referred patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress under physician direction.
The role requires an accredited OT program graduate with a valid OT license and experience with long-term/geriatric care. Excellent documentation, teamwork, and patient-focused service are essential.
