Job description
Fortuna-Rehabilitation- is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and support within the therapy department. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PT staff, and document care in medical records in compliance with regulations.
You will communicate with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, and contribute to professional development and a positive facility culture while maintaining safe practices.
