Job description
The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation nursing team. You will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.
You will complete documentation, report changes promptly, maintain HIPAA compliance, and deliver compassionate customer service to residents and families.
