Job description
The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Berry Hill, TN. The therapist will assess referred patients, develop and oversee rehabilitation plans, and educate patients and families while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes in a long-term care setting.
