Job description
RiverWoods Exeter, a respected continuing care retirement community, seeks an RN/LPN for 7a shifts to provide compassionate care to our senior residents. In this role, you will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across independent living, assisted living, and nursing care levels. You’ll educate residents and families, document accurately, and support a safe, respectful environment.
