Job description
Actify Home Care, a clinician-owned home health provider, seeks geriatric SLPs to join our growing team in Broward County, FL. You’ll deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, focusing on dysphagia, stroke recovery, and cognitive-linguistic care.
We use Kinnser/WellSky for streamlined charting and offer per-visit compensation with prompt bi-weekly deposits. Requirements include Florida SLP license, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
