Job description
Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, treat, and educate patients with speech and language disorders in a geriatric care setting. The role includes developing plans of care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include providing rehabilitative therapy, documenting progress, coordinating with team members, and supporting patients and families to promote independence.
