Job description
Actify Home Care in Florida is actively seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join a clinician-owned home health team serving Oakland Park, Ft. Lauderdale, Wilton Manors and surrounding areas.
You will deliver one-on-one speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to geriatric patients at home, complete evaluations and care plans, and document using Kinnser/WellSky. Must hold Florida SLP license, CPR/BLS, valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
