Job description
Actify Home Care is seeking licensed SLPs for geriatric home health in North Palm Beach County (Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Juno Beach and nearby areas). You’ll provide one-on-one speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy in patients’ homes, focusing on dysphagia and stroke recovery.
This role uses Kinnser/WellSky for charting, requires current Florida SLP license and CPR/BLS, and offers per-visit pay with bi-weekly direct deposit.
