Job description
Outcome HC is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility team in New Jersey. You will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
New grads are welcome with mentorship and training; CCC-SLP is preferred but CFs are encouraged to apply. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive team.
