Job description
Total Life is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed PA or PMHNP for remote telehealth care focused on the geriatric population. You will manage follow-up psychiatric medications, perform cognitive screenings, and develop initial care coordination plans with nursing support.
This daytime, Monday–Friday role offers a stable schedule with no evenings or weekends, and a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to improving mental health and cognitive outcomes for older adults.
