Job description
Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin work, and provide clinical support from home. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed therapists as fee-for-service or W2 with benefits.
Start at 15 or 25 hours per week, build your load, and tailor your schedule to fit your life. You’ll work with a supportive team, modern telehealth tools, and ongoing clinical consultation to grow professionally.
