Geriatrician Needed in Massachusetts for a Monday – Friday Position
$250k - $330k/yr Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.

Quick Facts
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule
4 days in office, 1 day work from home
Medical Director role overseeing multiple locations
Low patient census with maximum 750 patient panel
Call only 2 times monthly, 4 weekends per year
80% clinical, 20% administrative duties
Board certification and Massachusetts license required
Value-based care experience with geriatrics focus preferred
