Job description
Abode Care Partners in Saint Louis area seeks a Primary Care Collaborative Physician (MD) to deliver day-to-day clinical care to residents in facilities and home-bound patients under supervision of the CMO. The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based decision-making, collaboration with non-physician practitioners, and leadership across multiple facilities.
Board-certified or eligible in Family/Internal Medicine or Geriatrics is preferred; active unrestricted MD license and DEA registration
