Job description
SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership across geriatrics and palliative care. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team delivering home-based and telehealth care, with focus on high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
You will lead clinical governance, coordinate with extended care teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to strengthen patient outcomes and care delivery for seniors.
