Job description
TruHealth is seeking an advanced practice provider (NP or PA) with a geriatrics focus to join our team. You will work within nursing homes or assisted living communities, providing personalized care and coordinating with case managers to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
You will exercise independent judgment, consult with a supervising physician as needed, and implement Treat in Place Protocols in compliance with regulations. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.
