Job description
Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Montgomery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to independently manage a patient panel with acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. You will develop care plans and collaborate with the Primary Care Team to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include ordering labs, prescribing interventions, initiating referrals, and educating patients and families.
