Primary Care NP/PA (IM/FM/Geriatrics) - Bronx, NY Post-Acute Care

$132K-$156K+ estimated fee-for-service earnings with uncapped productivity

Qualifications
New York NP or PA license and DEA (or eligible)
Post-acute care experience required.
Minimum of 1 year primary care experience
Background in geriatrics, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine also valued
Strong clinical assessment and independent care-management skills
