Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Brooklyn, New York. This role offers a 4-day work week, strong autonomy, comprehensive onboarding, and uncapped earning potential while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
