Are you an Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner seeking a flexible, autonomous part-time role in Upstate New York? A reputable skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Glens Falls area is seeking a dedicated NP to oversee post-acute and long-term care residents. This opportunity offers complete schedule flexibility, making it ideal for supplementing your current workload.
The Opportunity Clinical Scope: Provide routine clinical management, acute illness evaluations, post-admission physicals, and discharge planning for post-acute rehab and long-term care residents.
Schedule & Hours: 12 to 14 hours per week . Highly adaptable daytime scheduling options.
Compensation: $60,000 $62,000 per year (pro-rated based on exact weekly commitment).
Setting: Sub-acute Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Location Highlights Located near Lake George at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, Glens Falls offers historic downtown charm, vibrant local arts, and outstanding outdoor recreation.
Candidate Requirements Degree & Certification: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or DNP; Board Certified as an AGNP, FNP, or ANP.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered New York State Nurse Practitioner License & Prescriptive Authority.
Experience: Prior NP experience in geriatrics, sub-acute rehab, internal medicine, or primary care preferred.
