Details :
Setting: providing primary care services to geriatric patients in a PACE clinic setting located in Kokomo, IN.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Start: ASAP
Required:
Active IN state license
Certifications: BLS, CDS, DEA
Board Certified by ANCC or AANP
A minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population but not limited to
Compensation :
Receive weekly paycheck

100% malpractice insurance covered
