My name is Troy Bentley with Amergis Healthcare and I am assisting client Carelon with a pair of clinics that need assistance.
Details:
Geriatric Medicine -BC/BE, BLS, DEA, Minimum 1-2 years preferred
Stone Ave Clinic: 4821 N. Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85704 (Mondays & Thursdays)
Speedway Clinic: 7091 E. Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85715 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Locums (90-day duration with immediate start)
Patient Care: Focus on primary care and chronic care management
PPD: 10 patients per day
EMR : Practice Velocity
Malpractice Paid
Paid Weekly
Credentialing process estimated at 15-30 days based on responsiveness.
