Job description
Total Care Therapy LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Ohio team in Avon Lake. You will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in daily activities, cognition, and safety.
Responsibilities include delivering skilled OT interventions, supervising COTAs, documenting in EMR, and educating residents and staff on safety and energy conservation. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within assisted living settings.
