Job description
UC Davis Health seeks a geriatrician to provide comprehensive clinical care for frail older adults in the Healthy Aging Clinic in Sacramento. You will join a team of five faculty and three MSP staff physicians and contribute to teaching and learner interactions in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.
The role emphasizes outpatient coordination of care, collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, social work and therapy teams, and excellence in patient- and family-centered communication.
