Job description
Rochester Regional Health’s ElderONE program seeks a Physician Assistant to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team caring for older adults at home and in the community. The role focuses on clinical care, care management, and coordination across services to support participants remaining in their homes.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a full-time schedule in the Geriatrics department. Candidates should have PA-C, NCCPA, and experience with geriatrics or PACE preferred.
