Job description
Setting: outpatient senior care center PACE program
Dates: as soon as credentialed ongoing until perm provider is hired
Work Hours: M-F 8a-5p
Scope: comprehensive medical care for elderly patients
Duties: manage chronic illnesses and attend interdisciplinary care team meetings
Requirements:
active NC license, DEA, NC CSR, BLS, ACLS
Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeks
