Job description
Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide GI-focused pharmacotherapy support in Portage, MI. The ACP will collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements include PharmD, MI licensure, 3+ years as a clinical pharmacist, and GI experience preferred; PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered; onsite role with strong teamwork and patient education.
