nJob Description:
nnnConducts comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, patient histories, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
n
nnInitiates orders for medications, laboratory studies, diagnostic testing, and treatments within scope of practice and organizational policy.
n
nnIdentifies alterations in patient health status and implements appropriate nursing and medical interventions.
n
nnDiagnoses and manages acute and chronic health conditions across organ systems.
n
nnDevelops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care, considering age‑specific needs.
n
nnProvides patient and family education, counseling, and support regarding treatment plans and health management.
n
nnCoordinates patient care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
n
nnFacilitates efficient and effective patient flow, including appropriate utilization of resources and discharge planning.
n
nnParticipates in interdisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and care planning activities.
n
nnEnsures accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, procedures, and care plans in accordance with policy.
n
nnResponds to urgent or emergent patient needs and participates in on‑call responsibilities as scheduled.
n
nnParticipates in quality improvement activities, including data collection, outcome analysis, and process evaluation.
n
nnIncorporates evidence‑based practice to enhance clinical outcomes and support program development.
n
nnEngages in professional development activities and represents the organization in appropriate community or educational events.
n
nnPerforms other duties as assigned.

nnnAbilities in the use of specialized equipment used in respective area of practice (Required)

n1+ year of related work experience (Required)
nLicenses and Certifications:
nnnAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) (Required)

nnPhysician Assistant License from an accredited program (Required)
n
nnBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
