Job description
Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth invites new graduate RNs to apply for the Graduate Nurse Residency Program in GI/GU. The 15‑month employment commitment includes guided clinical experiences, instructor‑led curriculum, mentoring, and debriefing/self‑care sessions with 360‑degree evaluations.
Residents rotate through home units and other departments to gain broad nursing experience, with full‑time hours after the residency and ongoing professional development support.
