Job description
Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth is launching a Graduate Nurse Residency for the GI/GU unit. The 15-month program combines guided clinical experience, instructor-led curriculum, mentoring, and 360-degree evaluations.
New graduates rotate through home units and cross-train across departments to build comprehensive patient care skills. The program requires ADN upon hire (BSN preferred), RN licensure in Texas or Compact state, and BCLS certification.
