Job description
A physician-owned, multispecialty medical group in central Washington is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join an established and highly collaborative GI program.
Position Highlights:
Full-time Gastroenterology Hospitalist opportunity
Preferred 7-on/7-off schedule with 24-hour shifts
Join a team of 8 gastroenterologists spanning General GI, Therapeutic GI, Hepatology and Motility
Supported by 3 experienced Advanced Practice Providers
Interest in General GI or Therapeutic IBD welcome
Practice within an integrated healthcare system serving a broad 12,000-square-mile region
Access to more than 30 medical specialties
EPIC electronic medical record
Physician-owned and physician-governed organization
One-year physician partnership track for U.S. candidates
Physicians have a meaningful voice in organizational and practice-level decisions
Organization recognized with the AMA Joy in Medicine Gold Award for efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout
Compensation and Benefits:
First-year pay range: $572K-$602K
First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
RVU-based productivity compensation beginning in year two
Signing bonus starting at $40K
