Job description
Mercy in Springdale, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care in a GI and Pulmonology procedural area. The RN will apply the nursing process, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
Shifts are 8 hours, full-time or part-time roles, with after-hours call typically 4 weeknights and one weekend in a 10-week period. The position emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and Mercy's mission-driven care.
