Job description
Ocean Conservancy is seeking a Director of Gift Planning to lead and evolve its planned and blended giving program. You will set strategic priorities, drive donor engagement, and grow philanthropic revenue while aligning with senior gift officers and operations.
The role requires expertise in complex gift strategies, bequests, and estate planning, with collaboration across finance, legal, and development teams to maximize impact and compliance. Hybrid work in the U.S. is offered.
