Job description
Gift Box AssemblerThis position is responsible for assembling gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Assemble gifts according to production specificationsEnsure pallet patterns meet packaging requirementsMeet quality assurance and vendor compliance standardsPhysically stack and unstack palletsKeep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed palletsRead and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placementPerform duties in other departments as assignedFollow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelinesPhysical requirements include:Able to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and armsAble to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously; may be required to extend product overhead occasionallyAble to work in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°FMust demonstrate honest and respectful communicationAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable performing repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting, using hands and arms)Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift overheadAbility to work in varying temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctualityStrong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specificationsHonest and respectful communication with team members
