About GitLab Foundation

The GitLab Foundation exists to help more people afford a better life. It focuses on increasing lifetime earnings for individuals earning below a living wage by identifying, funding, and scaling effective pathways to economic mobility.

Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture aligned with the Foundation’s CREDIT values.
