Job description
ResponsibilitiesPartner with Operations to identify operational risks and capability gaps, troubleshoot downtime and failures, and implement sustainable countermeasuresProvide hands-on support to manufacturing plants by resolving operational and quality issues through root cause analysis (RCA), escalation, and corrective-action follow-uServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for tempering and cutting operations, coaching, training, and mentoring plant teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to leverage technical expertise and resources to address fabrication challengesPromote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through documentation, audits, scalable training programs, and regular communicationSupport capital projects, asset-care strategies, and reliability initiatives to improve fabrication-line safety, compliance, stability, and operational efficiencyQualificationsEngineering, tempering, and reliability experience within a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience operating various tempering line designs, offline cutting tables, and edge-delete equipmentStrong understanding of customer quality requirements and fabricated glass applicationsKnowledge of glass optics, online quality measurement tools, and ASTM C1048 compliance for tempered glass productsWilling and able to travel domestically up to 50%Salary: $120K - $140KAsk for: Aarti ManchandaClearBridge Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
